- CANCELLATION/ NO SHOW POLICY
- Cancellation within 5 days prior to arrival the Hotel will charge one night’s charge as cancellation fee.
- In the event that a guest will be “No Show” the Hotel will charge the full stay as booked.
- During special event periods, such as Christmas / New Year 26 Dec 2015 to 04 Jan 2016 cancellation received within 21 days of arrival will be charged at full stay as booked
- During Holiday season: Cancellations received within 10 days of arrival will be charged at full stay as booked.
